Click the Printer… button in the bottom left of the window. Go to File → Print for your document, and the Adobe program print window will open. Adobe Reader is the example program used here.

Below are screenshots and directions on how to reach the Xerox features selections. MacOS Adobe print dialog and accessing the Xerox featuresĪdobe products have an extra few print dialogue windows that you will need to navigate through to reach the Xerox print options. Then when you have all the options selected that you need, click the Print button in the bottom right of the window to send your job to the printer. To select color options, in the dropdown next to Xerox Black and White: change the dropdown value to Off (Use Document Color) for color printing, or if you want Black and White, make sure the dropdown is set to On.
To select stapling, in the dropdown next to Finishing: you can 1 Staple or 2 Staple as the option. From here if you scroll down through the list, you can change the Finishing options (like stapling), and color options. This will show you the default options selected for the Xerox printer. To access the options specific to the Xerox printer, click the dropdown field under Orientation: (which in this example has Preview listed by default), and select Printer Features, or it may be listed as Printer Options or Xerox Features depending on the version of your Xerox driver. To select single sided (2-sided printing, or single-sided printing), in the checkbox next to Copies:, check or uncheck the box for 2-Sided.
Now, use the dropdown next to the Printer: field to select the name of the printer you would like to print to, if it is not already selected by default. (If the Window is already expanded and the button now reads Hide Details, move on to Step 2 below.) Go to File → Print for your document, and when the print window comes up, you may need to expand the window by clicking the Show Details button at the bottom.
